Hockey Rock Winnipeg Style! is a uniquely Winnipeg charity album created during the final years of the original Jets, featuring Manitoba musicians performing Jets-themed versions of their songs. Jennifer Hanson, then the Jets’ primary anthem singer, performs Give Me a Ring King, celebrating player Kris King. For Hanson, the project captures the excitement, tension and sense of community surrounding the Jets during this pivotal time.
